Operation:

1.    Turn the POWER (On the back of the machine) , the indicator will be on.

2.  Press Program (3), the indicator (12) will be on

3.  Press 8, choose any part you want .

4.  Now press "Start/Pause(10)'', the machine begin to work .

5..  Adjust the timer (1,2) , or adjust the intensity(4).
